Any and all data originating from your advertising campaign is exportable.
Email lists originating from your store.
Customer data originating from your store, such as full name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address.
If you use sales channels that require products to be purchased in advance to be held for fulfillment, such as Amazon, you retain ownership of those products until they are sold.
