If you are not seeing the most recent changes on your store or if something does not look right, it may be necessary to clear your browser's cookies, cache, and history. This is because your browser may be displaying an older version of the website that it has saved in its cache.

Clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history can help ensure that you see the most recent changes on your store. Here's how to do it on popular browsers:

  • Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three dots in the upper right-hand corner of your browser window.

  2. Select "More tools" from the drop-down menu.

  3. Click "Clear browsing data."

  4. Choose the time range for which you want to clear data (e.g. "All time").

  5. Check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files."

  6. Click "Clear data."

  • Mozilla Firefox:

  1. Click the three lines in the upper right-hand corner of your browser window.

  2. Select "Options" from the drop-down menu.
