As a Why Unified subscriber, it's important to know that your advertising campaigns are reaching your target audience. One way to ensure this is by monitoring the performance of your ads and verifying that they are active and being shown to shoppers.

To check the status of your ads, simply navigate to the "metrics" dashboard within your Why Unified account. Here, you will see a list of all your active ads along with their corresponding metrics, such as clicks, impressions, and conversions. Clicking on a specific ad will provide you with a preview of the ad and additional metrics.

If you want to physically see your ads live, you can reach out to our growth consultants. They will provide you with additional information, including the ad's exact placement on the advertising platform, to ensure that you can see it live.

It's important to note that ads can take time to gain traction and show results, especially if they are new campaigns or targeting a new audience. Give your ads time to gather data and adjust accordingly to optimize their performance.
