Why Unified takes fulfillment seriously and wants to make sure that every order is processed quickly and accurately. Our fulfillment process begins once an order is placed, and our team immediately starts working to process the order.

We use our internal and proprietary database to find the item(s) that are closest to the end customer. This is important as it helps reduce the shipping time and cost. Once the item is identified, the team either fulfills the order through one of the Why Unified warehouses or through one of our partners like Shipped.

We utilize a process known as hybrid fulfillment. This process allows us to leverage both our in-house capabilities and our partner network to deliver the best possible outcome for our customers. By leveraging multiple fulfillment centers and partners, we can achieve faster shipping times and lower shipping costs.

Once the item is identified and the fulfillment location is determined, our team processes the order for shipment. We use a trusted mailing provider to send the item directly to the end user for safe and fast delivery.

Our goal is to make sure that the end customer receives their order quickly and efficiently, while also providing a positive experience throughout the entire fulfillment process. If you have any questions or concerns about the fulfillment process, please don't hesitate to contact our growth specialists who are available to help.
