Why Unified offers several channels for shoppers to contact support including a "Contact Us" form and a chat widget, but not phone support.

When customers have questions or issues with their orders, it's important that they have an easy and accessible way to contact support. At Why Unified, we offer several options for customers to reach out for assistance.

First, customers can use the "Contact Us" link located at the bottom of the page on the store website. This link will direct them to a form where they can submit their inquiry or concern. Our fulfillment team will then respond to the customer via email to address the issue.

Additionally, customers can use the chat widget located at the bottom right corner of every page on the website. This provides a quick and convenient way for customers to ask questions or get assistance with their orders. Our team will respond to the customer through the chat widget and, if necessary, may direct them to email [email protected] for further support.

It's important to note that our support does not include phone support. This is to ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are tracked and documented and our team can provide the best and most efficient assistance possible.
