How are product returns from my customers handled?

The COGS will be credited back to the subscriber's fulfillment credit balance once a product return has been received.

At Why Unified, we strive to provide a hassle-free return experience for our customers. If a customer wishes to return a product, they can do so by following the instructions provided on our 'Returns' page located at the bottom of our website.

The customer will need to carefully package the product and ship it to our return address at 650 Cleveland St. Suite 690 Clearwater, FL 33755-9998.

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If it does, we will credit the cost of goods sold (COGS) back to our subscriber's fulfillment credit balance.

It's important to note that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us unless the product was received in a defective or damaged condition. In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label for the customer to use.

We understand that returns are an inevitable part of any business, and we work hard to make the process as easy and efficient as possible for both our customers and our subscribers.
