As a subscriber of Why Unified, it's important to keep track of your fulfillment credits balance to ensure that you have adequate funding for your dropshipping business. Fulfillment credits are used to cover the cost of order fulfillment and shipping, and it's important to monitor your balance to ensure that you have enough funds to cover these expenses.

Calculating your remaining fulfillment credits balance is a straightforward process. To do so, you'll need to combine the total funded amount and the total spent amount. Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Why Unified account and navigate to the billing section. Here, you'll be able to see the total amount of fulfillment credits that you have funded. This is the amount of money that you have allocated for your order fulfillment and shipping expenses.

  2. Next, navigate to the metrics dashboard. Here, you'll be able to see the total amount of fulfillment credits that you have spent. This includes the cost of order fulfillment and shipping.

  3. To calculate your remaining fulfillment credits balance, simply subtract the total spent amount from the total funded amount. This will give you an accurate picture of how much funding you have left for your order fulfillment and shipping expenses.

It's important to note that fulfillment credits in the metrics dashboard are updated on a monthly basis, and may not be visible for the first 30 days of sign-up. This means that you may not have a complete picture of your fulfillment credits balance during the first month of your subscription. However, you can still view the total funded amount in the billing section to get an idea of how much funding you have allocated for order fulfillment and shipping.

To ensure that you always have adequate funding for your dropshipping business, it's important to regularly monitor your fulfillment credits balance and adjust your order fulfillment and shipping strategy accordingly. By keeping a close eye on your balance, you can make informed decisions about your dropshipping strategy and ensure the long-term success of your business.
